Mpumalanga Black Aces MDC coach Lombi Mabusela insists they will not be jumping the gun and dreaming about playing in the MultiChoice Diski Challenge final even before playing the semi-final this weekend.
The competition reaches its penultimate stage when the semi-finals will be played out in Nelson Mandela Bay this weekend.
AmaZayoni, who stunned one of the form teams of the competition in Bloemfontein Celtic in the previous round, face another of the outstanding clubs in Mamelodi Sundowns in the last four.
“If we can start singing that we want to be in the final, we’ll be fooling ourselves,” Mabusela explained. “Because we are going to face one of the biggest teams in Sundowns.
“We preparing on facing them , our focus is mainly on Sundowns right now.”
The semi-finals are set for Sunday, February 15 at the Isaac Wolfson Stadium in Zwide, Port Elizabeth.
Entry into the stadium is free and tickets are available at all Shoprite/Checkers stores and Computicket outlets across the province. A limit of two tickets per person per day will apply. No tickets will be issued at the ground on match day.
