The Radisson Blu PE was voted the Best Hotel in Port Elizabeth in the recent 2013 SouthAfrica.TO Travel Awards. This was a part of a countrywide survey of hotels, in which 1097 people voted.

- Most were female (64%), with 36% male
- In terms of age-groups, 66% of the voters were 40 years old or older
- Most voters live in Gauteng (41%), the Western Cape (24%) and KwaZulu-Natal (18%). Only 5% of voters were from the Eastern Cape.
