Star Struck voice search coming to Port Elizabeth

8 March 2017 By Google

THE search for the most innovative and hardworking singer/rapper is on at Greenacres Shopping Centre on March 25 in PE.

This year, the grand prize of R300 000 will be doubled to an amazing R600 000 with an added bursary and TV campaign.

The grand prize is made up of a recording deal, artist management, music video, music equipment, study bursary, CD launch, artist marketing and TV campaign.

Over a period of three months contestants will battle it out for that number one spot in Cape Town. During this time all contestants will be taught how to market themselves, how to sing/rap better, how to perform better and how to stand out by simply using their own unique strengths.

“I believe in empowering artists with the knowledge required to not only make it, but to maintain the proper administration for royalties and also the proper memberships, vocal care, radio play listing and so much more on our annual boot camp, said founder and show producer Brilynn van Rooyen.

For more info go to facebook.com/starstruckvoicesearchsa or www.starstruckrecords.co.za. To enter contestants should bring along a photo of themselves and do a small acapella piece for the judges.

Contestants need to be between the ages of 14 and 40 to enter.
