Brigantine Beach (Atlantic co.), a village and summer resort on an island ofthe same name, n.e. of Atlantic City ; ithas two hotels and a flourishing fishery,with extensive oyster beds. Mail AtlanticCity. Brighton (Sussex co.), a hamlet nearAndover ; has a cheese factory. BrUls, or BrUls Jiiiictim (HudsonCO.), a hamlet on the Newark and NewYork Railroad. Brlndletowu (Ocean CO.), a hamlet ex-tending across the border of BurlingtonCounty, the portion within the latter beingdesignated Hockamick ; it has a lumbermill, and fine cranberries are grown in thevicmity. Broadway (Sussex and Warren cos.), a hamletand a post village, the one near Libertyville, theother on the Morris and Essex Railroad ; the latterhas a woolen mill. Broadway has a population of300.
