Port Elizabeth – The Springbok Sevens and the other 15 international teams participating in this weekendâ€™s Nelson Mandela Bay Sevens will arrive at the Port Elizabeth International Airport on Monday evening at approximately 20:30.
The 16 teams will arrive on two flights from Johannesburg, with the second flight expected at approximately 21:00.
There will be brief visual and interview opportunities at the airport and media are requested to take up their positions inside the arrivals hall by no later than 20:00.
All 16 captains of the participating teams will attend the International Captains Signing Session on Tuesday between 13:00 â€“ 14:00 at the Maurice Levin Court in the Green Acres Shopping Centre.
On Wednesday, Port Elizabeth supporters will be able to meet the entire Springbok Sevens squad during a signing session from 14:00 â€“ 15:00 at the Woolworths Court in the Walmer Park Mall.
South Africa will be training daily on the B-field of the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium.
Meanwhile, Bokkie will also be in Port Elizabeth this week in the build up to the Nelson Mandela Bay Sevens tournament over the weekend.
