CAPE TOWN – Three suspects who’ve been implicated in the abduction and murder of Port Elizabeth teacher Jayde Panayiotou will come face to face in court next month.
The first suspect arrested in the case made his second court appearance on Thursday morning.
He will be back in the dock next month, the same day two other suspects, including Jayde’s husband, Christopher Panayiotou, are scheduled to appear in the dock.
Thirty-one-year-old Thando Siyoli made a brief appearance in the Port Elizabeth Magistrates Court this morning.
The case was postponed to the middle of next month.
On this day, prime suspect, Christopher, is also expected in the dock.

The 28-year-old Port Elizabeth businessman is the alleged mastermind in his wife’s abduction and murder.
A third suspect, Sizwezakhe Vumazonke, had allegedly been paid by Christopher to kill his wife while Siyoli apparently acted as a middleman.

Panayiotou’s body was found in the bushes in an isolated area of a Uitenhage township just over two weeks ago.
