Following her successful album launch for The Way I Play, Faye Gatley returns to popular Port Elizabeth hotspot The Music Kitchen for a special leap year show: Heart Leaps.
On the 29th February at 8:00pm this wonderfully talented singer and songwriter will be singing her heart out to all the ups and downs of love and relationships. The set-list includes covers of artists such as Adele, Jewell, Etta James and Coldplay as well as some original tracks including “I don’t wanna Fight” which is currently playlisted on radio stations across the country.
Listeners can also look forward to the performance of Faye’s new South African love song entitled Ndithanda Wena, for which she recently filmed her first music video.
Accompanying herself on keyboard, Faye will be joined by Huisnajaar’s Hugo Kleinhans and Liska du Preez on violin.
Tickets are R40 at the door which opens at 7pm. Restaurant and cash bar available.
This show is not to be missed!
Editors Notes: Okay girls you know that 29 February is the EXPECTED day for you to pop that “Will you marry me?” question so you would be advised to ask Faye if she would sneak the name of YOUR loved one into the words of “Ndithanda Wena (insert name of your hunk here)“.
