Miss CWSA is a leadership programme for women between ages of 20 and 32 years with the objective of empowering them through entrepreneurship education, leadership, self – branding, health matters further assisting the target audience to find their purpose in life.
Not a traditional pageant, as young women are empowered with the knowledge to bring about change in communities that are in need.
Through the pageant the main focus is the internal and external development of each young woman. The organisation hosts a series of self-awareness and empowerment workshop for finalists that will compete at the gala event scheduled for 26 October 2019 in Gauteng Province.
Ordinary women with big dreams step out of their comfort zone and start having influence and begin to lead in their spaces.
