The first liquid bulk container since cessation of fuel deliveries to the Port, just over a week ago, docked in the Port of Port Elizabeth at 08h00 this morning.
The motor tanker, Vale, carrying diesel and unleaded petrol started discharging its cargo at approximately 10h30 this morning. Estimates are that the discharge will be complete in the early hours of Thursday morning.
