Marketers and top corporate executives will have the opportunity of hearing from the “father of international marketing”, Prof Naresh Malhotra, when he talks at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (NMMU) next week.

His address, aimed at managers, will focus on the forces driving globalization, the research that needs to be done to penetrate foreign markets, and offer ideas on modes of entry for attacking markets abroad, all based on his own award-winning research.

“It is a must-attend talk for CEOs, marketing managers, and other corporate executives,” says NMMU Marketing Management Head Prof Madele Tait.

In addition, he has also published numerous refereed articles in the proceedings of major national and international conferences. Several articles have received best paper research awards.

He is the Founding Editor of Review of Marketing Research and served as an Associate Editor of Decision Sciences for 18 years and has served as Section Editor, Health Care Marketing Abstracts, Journal of Health Care Marketing. Furthermore, he serves on the editorial board of 8 journals.
