The Chilli Boys have had eight days to regroup and prepare for the midweek clash, following a 1-0 defeat to Supersport United at the Lucas Moripe Stadium on August 12.
And coach Kostadin Papic is confident his charges can claim all three points in Port Elizabeth, even if they are without the services of a number of players.
Papic has revealed that the club have yet to register their foreign-born players, while some members could also miss out with minor injuries.
Defender Christoph Matshepe Komane will miss the clash through suspension.
“I hope our players, who have slight injuries, are going to be ready for this match,” Papic told the club’s official website.
“Anyway, it won’t be a problem even if they don’t recover on time as we are not afraid of anyone.
“We are confident of a win against AmaTuks though we might still be without our foreign players as we are struggling to get their work permits.
“We are going to play our normal game in an effort to win this game.”
The University of Pretoria, meanwhile, will be determined to get a result on their travels, having picked up just one point from their opening fixtures.
Tukkies slumped to a 1-0 defeat to Polokwane City in their season curtain raiser before playing to a 1-1 draw with Bidvest Wits at Bidvest Stadium last Tuesday.
The only confirmed absentee for the visitors is defender Siyabonga Ngubane, who is serving a suspension.
