Kaizer Chiefs is up-against Maritzburg United at Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane on Tuesday evening, kick-off at 19:30.
The encounter is the first league game for Ace Khuse and company after the suspension of Vladimir Vermezovic on Thursday, just weeks before the end of his three-year contract.
It is a must win for Kaizer Chiefs as they come from 1-0 defeat by Free State Stars in the Nedbank cup on Saturday.
The Soweto-based club is in the fourth place on the league, six points behind league leaders Mamelodi Sundowns, although Ace Khuse’s men have a game in hand.
Chiefs will have Bernard Parker, Dominic Isaacs and Keegan Ritchie available for selection after they completed their respective suspensions.
Khuse will be without Lincoln Zvasiya who starts his one-match suspension.
Meanwhile, Ernst Middendorp, a former Chiefs coach, will be hoping to win against his old club, but will be without Michael Morton and Rheece Evans, who both miss out through suspension.
