BOLSHEVIKS PARTY OF SOUTH AFRICA AIMS
Seemingly the time has come when we have to stop asking ….”What has democracy done for us, our beloved country and to improve our lives?” The time is now that we ask”…”What have we done to democracy?
We have placed our entire trust to the democratic dispensation without follow-ups and/or change of approach. Old ideas have long saturated yet fresh approach towards implementation is what need be done. A democratic mass have been ignored for too long and now is the time for local communities to do something about failure by politicians with malicious agendas in community development. Of primary importance, the communities in Moutse, Elias Motsoaledi; Matatiel; Ga Mothibi and Balfour Municipalities, were dealt an undemocratic blow by the enactment of the Constitution’s 12th Amendment Act of 2005 and Cross-Boundary Municipalities Laws Repeal and Related Matters Act of 2005. Both Acts condemned the communities and subjected them to the Province of Limpopo against their will. The preferred Province was Mpumalanga, is still MP and will forever remain a preferred Province.
We shall give the people what they want by compelling government to change its stance. Moutse Demarcation Forum; Balfour Demarcation Forum; Matatiel; Ga Mothibi and Sasolburg and greater communities are saying enough is enough with empty promises. Our only alternative is to have new focus, revived energy and structure that would genuinely listen to the democratic views of the masses in the lower strata of our society. BPSA* party is the answer to such endeavours. We are now taking an active step towards participative democracy. We shall strive towards achieving a better life for our ignored and disadvantaged communities and better the lives of poor, marginalized rural communities with basic necessities of life.
