The Democratic Alliance in the Eastern Cape is proud to welcome Pat Tshikane, a former United Front Leader.
Pat Tshikane is one such South African who has recognized that the DA puts the people first and is committed to ushering a new beginning and building a better South Africa.
Every day more and more South Africans are joining the Democratic Alliance as they recognize that we are a party for all, committed to building a new beginning in South Africa.
The DA remains committed to leading the realignment of South African politics by creating a home for all South Africans who share our values of freedom, fairness and opportunity.
In 2016, the people of Nelson Mandela Bay (NMB) voted for the DA to lead a coalition government for five years – a government committed to bringing change to our city. Change that stops corruption, creates jobs, and delivers better services for all.
The people of NMB are seeing the change and continue to support our efforts to root out the corruption that has captured the city.
We are building a new beginning in NMB and today is a testament to the hope the DA inspires in so many.
Today is a symbolic moment. It shows that we are going beyond the old divisions and creating a new political movement to bring positive change to the Easter Cape.
The people of NMB deserve a caring government, who prioritises service delivery and always has the best interests of the community at heart. Vote for a new beginning in 2019, vote for the DA to build a brighter future for both the Eastern Cape and South Africa.
