Greetings we all hear about how online and internet is taking over from our normal way of doing things.
I decided to put this to the test and submit queries to 4 major banks online. Well, what a let down – only 1 bank responded almost immediately; another after about a week with information that had nothing to do with my query. So what a fail.
I then tried 2 motor dealers in Port Elizabeth and got a good response from one but still waiting for the other to respond after a month – that is why I will always recommend and support the first one.
So online help is still very far behind in this country. And you still have to go pick a number and stand in a queue and forget about trying to phone in unless you have a large budget for phone calls.
